Because our products are fresh and perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up. However, if you receive the wrong item, or the product arrives damaged due to an error from Welsh, you must report it immediately upon delivery with photo or video proof, and we will either replace the product or offer a suitable solution.

Returns or refunds are not granted for reasons related to taste preference, delayed delivery due to external factors, or improper storage after pickup or delivery. By placing an order with Welsh, you agree to these return conditions.
